What can you do on a day in the woods?
Explore the seasons with Emily, Stephanie, Jonathan, and their friendly dog, Toby, as they swim, hike, read, and play in their favorite place to spend a day - Grandpa's Woods!
Visit a bee hive, boil maple syrup, plant new trees, and look for hidden fruit in this very special story of love, life, and family.
Paper dolls for dramatic play help extend the fun and learning. Clink on link below to download clothing for all of the seasons for each character - even Toby!
Grandpa's Woods is a very special story. It was written as a love story to the late author's husband and children during the short time she was in hospice care. Her cousin, Shari Robertson, promised she would finish the story and publish it so it could be shared with families everywhere. After a year of both joy and heartache, with the help of an amazing illustrator and the support of other family members, it is finally ready to share.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL PROFITS FOR GRANDPA'S WOODS WILL BE DONATED TO BREAST CANCER AWARENESS AND TO HELP SUPPORT THE LATE AUTHOR'S FAMILY. *Please contact Dynamic Resources if you would be willing to use this book to raise funds in support of Breast Cancer Awareness.
