Peggy Agee, Author
Peggy C. Agee, SLP.D., CCC-SLP, is an Associate Professor of Communication Sciences and Disorders, specializing in early language and emergent and early literacy.
Peggy began writing children’s books for the preschoolers in her early childhood special education classroom many years ago. She discovered then that the “best” books for read-aloud were the ones which invited children to participate in the reading by joining in a familiar refrain or acting out the story.
Peggy lives in rural Virginia with an assortment of grandchildren, farm animals, and pets.
